Ingredients

  • 100 gr butter (softened)
  • 100 gr sugar (granulated)
  • 100 gr brown sugar (packed)
  • 65 gr peanut butter
  • One egg
  • A half tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 350 gr flour (all purpose)
  • A teaspoon of baking soda
  • Peppermint Hershey’s kisses

Instructions

  1. First, you have to prepare for the oven by heating it over 350 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 celsius-degree. While waiting, you may use the time to prepare for the baking sheet. Here, you need to make sure that the baking sheet you use has been lined with parchment paper.

  2. Next, you need to make the cookie dough. Simply prepare a large mixing bowl and combine some ingredients in it, like the sugar and the softened butter. You can use a mixer to beat these ingredients. After both ingredients are combined, add the egg, peanut butter, and the vanilla extract into the dough.

  3. Mix those ingredients until they are well blended and add again with the other ingredients like the flour and the baking soda. Beat them thoroughly and stir with several tablespoons of sprinkles. After that, you may start to form the dough and bake it in the oven.

  4. To form the dough, you need to roll it into several balls. Arrange the balls dough on top of the prepared baking sheet. You need to arrange them into one single layer so that they will be completely cooked. Place the baking sheet in the oven to bake for around 10 minutes.

  5. After 10 minutes passed, you can turn off the heat and get the cookies out of the oven. Before decorating, you need to allow them to cool for around 5 minutes since you need to add a Hershey’s Kiss on top of each cookie. So you need to wait for them to get a bit cooler so that the peppermint won’t melt.
