So what’s the easy answer to keeping your skin perfect this winter? so perfect that people aren’t understanding where your easy winter glow is coming from.

1. Moisturize Your Face

Moisturizing your face with real products that work is key for a winter glow.

Using oil-based moisturizers would be ideal this winter. It has a thicker consistency that can give your face better protection from the cold winds. Oil-based moisturizers also help with hydration! But make sure your oil-based products do not consist of

  • mineral oil
  • petroleum
  • Phthalates dibutyl phthalate
  • Dimethyl phthalate
  • diethyl phthalate
  • parabens
  • Triclosan
  • Synthetics

2. Limit Shower Time and Temperature

It may be tempting to take a long, steamy shower, however, your skin is going to be far better served with a 5- to 10-minute lukewarm shower (or bath), as the AAD suggests. you must also avoid using too hot water once washing your hands — if the water causes your skin to turn red, it’s too hot. washing your hands in cooler water seems to be as effective at removing germs as heat water and is less irritating to the skin, in keeping with the Centers for disease control and prevention (CDC). And if you are employing a washroom air hand-dryer, use it simply until your hands are damp instead of perfectly dry.

3. Apply Sunscreen

4. Wear Appropriate, Comfortable, Nonirritating Clothing

Instead, wear light-weight layers made of soft, breathable materials directly against your skin, and so pull on your heavier, hotter sweaters. Make sure to shield your hands from cold winter air with gloves or mittens, remembering to decide on a pair that won’t irritate your skin. If you like wool gloves, put on cotton or silk glove liners first.

5. Eat Right and Stay Hydrated
